You can delete your account at any time directly in the Game — no need to contact support.
How to delete your account
- Open the Game and sign in to your account
- Go to your profile settings
- Tap the "Delete Account" button
- Confirm the action
After confirmation you have 7 days to change your mind — simply sign in again to cancel. After 7 days the account and all associated data are permanently deleted.
If you cannot sign in, email support@ru.farieblade.com with your friend code and we will delete the account manually.
What will be deleted
Upon permanent deletion we will erase:
- Sign-in link — your VK ID identifier and the email, if VK provided it.
- Nickname and friend code
- All game progress — level, creatures, items, currency, quests, friends, mail
What is kept
Records of website payments (receipt email, amount, date, payment and receipt numbers) are kept for as long as required for tax records and refund handling. See the Privacy Policy.
Account recovery after permanent deletion is not possible.
