1 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Farieblade (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Archylan Ivanov, the developer of Farieblade.
The Game keeps gameplay statistics: screens opened, loading and sign-in, battles, purchases. This is part of how the Game works — the developer uses them to find bugs and improve the Game. You can turn them off in the Game settings with the "Send statistics" switch; what they include is described in the Privacy Policy.
2 Eligibility
The Game is rated 12+ and is intended for users aged 12 and older. By using the Game, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the Game and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
3 Your Account
You can play without linking an account, but then your progress is tied to that device. To keep it safe, sign in with VK ID. You are responsible for:
- Keeping access to the account you sign in with secure
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account
If you lose access to your account for reasons on your side — lost access to your VK account, deleted the Game or changed devices while playing without signing in — we will try to help via support, but cannot guarantee recovery.
You may delete your account at any time via the in-game settings. Deletion takes effect 7 days after confirmation, during which you may cancel by signing in again.
4 License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Game for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or its content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
- Use the Game for any commercial purpose without our written consent
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
5 In-App Purchases
The Game may offer optional in-app purchases. By making a purchase, you agree that:
- In-app purchases are processed by the app store you installed the Game from and are subject to its terms
- In the Russian version, Moon Coins can also be bought on our website under the public offer (in Russian), which sets out crediting, receipts and refunds
- In-game items, currency, and content are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value; they cannot be exchanged for money or transferred between accounts
- Purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or platform policy
- We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change the pricing of any in-game content at any time
Virtual items purchased in the Game are licenced to you, not sold. They remain our property and may be modified or removed as part of game updates.
Random rewards. Some packs, summons and rewards grant contents at random; a specific result is not guaranteed. For rewards obtained through purchases, the odds are shown in the Game. For rewards earned through play (campaign and other modes), the list of possible rewards is shown. The Game is not gambling: in-game items cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money.
The Game is under active development: modes, creatures, items and their stats may change, be added or be removed. Such changes do not entitle you to compensation.
6 User Conduct
When using the Game, you agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorised third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
- Use obscene, offensive or hateful language in nicknames or chat, including deliberately misspelled or disguised forms
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our servers
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Game
- Impersonate any person or entity
Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
You are responsible for your nickname and chat messages. The Game automatically rejects nicknames containing obscene words and hides such words in chat. The filter is list-based and may miss things or catch innocent words, so we may also remove or change any nickname or message that violates these Terms or the law, including in response to a report from another player. A changed nickname is replaced with a neutral one, and you may change it again.
If a bug in the Game grants items or progress that should not have been granted, we may remove them or roll the account back to its state before the bug, even if you did nothing wrong.
7 Intellectual Property
All content in the Game — including but not limited to graphics, characters, music, text, and code — is the property of Archylan Ivanov and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials without our prior written consent.
8 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination, your licence to use the Game ends immediately. Any virtual items or in-game currency associated with your account will be forfeited without refund, except where required by law.
For serious violations — cheats or modified clients, hacking other accounts, interfering with our servers — an account may be banned immediately, without prior warning.
Evading a ban by creating new accounts is prohibited; such accounts will be banned as well.
If a payment is reversed through your bank or payment provider (chargeback), we may remove the purchased currency and anything obtained with it, or suspend the account until the matter is resolved.
If you believe a ban was a mistake, contact support and we will review it.
9 Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, government actions, large-scale communication or power outages, and hosting infrastructure failures.
Nothing in these Terms limits the rights granted to you by applicable consumer protection law.
10 Service Discontinuation
We may discontinue the Game or any of its modes by giving at least 30 days' notice in the Game.
In-game currency and items not used by the time the Game is discontinued are not compensated, except where required by law. Purchases will be closed during the notice period.
11 Health Warning
A small number of people may experience epileptic seizures when exposed to flashing lights or rapidly changing images, even with no history of epilepsy. If you feel dizziness, altered vision, muscle twitching or disorientation while playing, stop immediately and consult a doctor.
Take regular breaks: at least 10–15 minutes every hour.
12 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the Game.
Continued use of the Game after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
